Big Spender Referendum 1122 has been amended to reduce the spending amount from 3M USDC to 1.5M USDC.
Initiated by Centrifuge, the original proposal was to send 3M USDC to the Polkadot Community Foundation, which would then be invested in the UST Anemoy Liquid Treasury Fund.
After concerns were raised by the community that there is not enough USDC in the treasury to cover upcoming USDC spend requests, Centrifuge has added an instruction to the proposal for the Community Foundation to return 1.5M USDC to the Polkadot Treasury.
