In his latest Polkadot Forum post, Shawn Tabrizi has proposed to bring Kusama back to its cypherpunk roots, embracing anonymity, activism, and a DIY ethos.
One potential Kusama enhancement in his proposal is the introduction of ZK primitives for privacy-preserving applications. In addition, he believes that Kusama could become the Web3 Cloud for the dark renaissance.
