The Polkadot Music Events Initiative (PMEI) have initiated Polkadot Opengov Big Spender Track Referendum 1141.
It requests 1.13M USDC for the onboarding of Billfold, a cashless POS system provider for entertainment venues.
This will cover the costs to onboard 3M active user accounts to Polkadot custodial wallets, add native crypto payments to Billfolds POS systems, build a loyalty reward system, and execute a marketing strategy.
PMEI's expenses are covered by their recent Decentralized Futures Grant.
