After an isolated exploit of Neemo Finance placed its dApp Staking funds at risk, Astar dApp Staking has been placed into maintenance mode. Astar Referendum 27 proposes that the Astar Treasury withdraw and take custody of ~26.78M ASTR unlocked from Neemo鈥檚 dApp staking wallet and take ownership of the Neemo dApp. After the execution of this safeguarding solution, which was requested by Neemo Finance, maintenance mode will be disabled and dApp Staking operations will resume.
